Yantai E.S.T Silicone Tech Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 at Yantai, China. We try to satisfy customers' orders through getting technical support from Korea and Germany.

Our company's major products are customized Silicone products. We can design various silicone custom trims as per customers' requests.

There are three sorts of products that we can manufacture:

First: RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanized), which is liquid type rubber.
There are condensation type and additive type. Condensation product has one component and two components. One component can be segmented into acetoxy, oxime, and alcohol by products. Two components can be designed variously from low viscosity to high viscosity. There is a two-component product for additive reaction. It can be controlled for curing speed, and has no odor because there is no byproduct. Also, there is low contraction. Electronic industrial products are adhesive, sealing, coating, potting, encapsulation, etc. We can supply flame retardant type (UL-94VO, UL94-V1), High temperature and low temperature (-40-300), heat conductivity types (thermal conduction: 0.47W/MK).

Various colors for interior joint sealing are also available. For fixed glass, Anti-mildew type silicone sealant for sanitary sealing and weatherproofing and structural glazing and weatherproofing for construction are supplied.

Second: LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber)
It is a liquid type and has a property of alternative HTV; It is eligible to cost reduction as a few kind and mass production. We can supply flame retardant (UL-94VO, UL94V1), High temperature and low temperature (-40-300), and heat conductivity types (thermal conduction: 0.61W/MK).

It has been used for high-quality silicone ink of textile printing because it has a property of HTV and Liquid type. It is being famous for silicone ink of textile printing because there is no color or odor, with High tensile strength, High tear strength, and good quality of silicone's excellent flexibility. Also, it does not cause environmental problem.

Third: HTV (High Temperature Vulcanized)
There are multi-purpose for general forming and general forming extrusion. It is available for non secondary curing, High Tear Resistance, Flame Retardant type, Thermal Conductive, Steam Resistance, Self-lubrication, and High Temperature Resistance (300 degrees Celsius), etc.
